Saleemul Huq, of IIED talks about Tiempo, the bulletin on climate and development to an audience at the SEI stand at the COP16 in Cancun, December 2010.

Since its founding in 1991, the bulletin Tiempo has provided a global venue for discussion of climate issues in developing countries. Dr. Saleemul Huq, senior fellow in the Climate Change Group at the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED), describes Tiempo's mission and work, in print and on the Web, and presents future plans.

Tiempo is published by The International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) and the Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI), with financial support from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
