SEI Tallinn Centre conducts training to civil servants of Estonian ministries on Impact Assessment of the European Union affairs.
The series of training consists of three one-day courses on theory and practice in November and December 2014. SEIT was selected by the Government Office based on the successful bid.
Methodology for analysis of impacts, drawn on European Commission`s Impact Assessment Guidelines, was adopted by the Estonian Government in December 2012. For carrying out the assessments, the Government Office has developed a respective web form.
