This initiative will study the effects of integrated climate mitigation of short-lived climate pollutants, other air pollution and greenhouse gases, and the realization of multiple benefits.
Atmospheric pollutants, including greenhouse gases, are resulting in growing atmospheric concentrations of long- and short-lived climate forcers, leading to damaging effects on human health, ecosystems and economic development.
This initiative will support practitioners to develop plans and strategies that will allow them to more effectively integrate the many dimensions of air pollution and climate change, both in the near and long term.
Event on 22 April – 23 April / SEI's Diane Archer and Raja Asvanon will be speakers at this international seminar on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of CUSRI.
Journal article / Using arts-based approaches, researchers worked with communities in Nairobi to empower people to take action on air pollution.
