Photovoltaic Services for Developing Countries

Begun in 2003, the overall objective of the PVSDC project was to increase the sustainable use of Photovoltaics and other small decentralised renewable energy technologies in developing countries in support of meeting the targets of the Millennium Development Goals.

PVSDC was part of the Photovoltaic Power Systems Programme (PVPS) - a collaborative R&D Agreement, established within the International Energy Agency (IEA).
