Estonian Governance Monitor

In 2013-2014 SEI Tallinn monitored the Estonian national government’s action plan in the field of environmental, energy, climate and transport-related policies – the goals, relevant actions, impact and environmental policy relevance. The project was co-ordinated by PRAXIS Center for Policy Studies, a non-profit think tank in Estonia.

Evaluation results were regularly published on an interactive webiste which gave a systematic overview of the government’s promises, status of actions, expert comments, relevant media articles and public comments.
