Authorities, institutions and interest organisations from 9 riparian countries worked together towards efficient and adapted policies, decision support for land use and more attractive agro-environment support schemes to reduce eutrophication.

SEI Tallinn was working together with partners from Finland, Lithuania, Poland and Sweden to increase legitimacy for adaptive governance processes in agri-environmental policy development.
